I became a mother when I was 20 years old.

 

  As a mama of four and a licensed psychologist that has worked closely with the postpartum population for the last 6 years, I used my expertise and experiences in both of these areas of my life and created this space for mothers to feel safe, inspired, and primed for motherhood and the long journey ahead.

 

I've been in your shoes and am here to guide you on the sometimes dark mountain of postpartum.
